Over the last 5 years, he has built a strong network of like-minded coaches to help and support SMEs in all aspects of their business. As the Programme Director he has brought together a skilled team to support Ipswich Borough Council's delivery of the Start-Up project.
Before joining the BGCN Team he spent 40 years with Lloyds Banks Plc. Working mainly with the commercial sector he has gained a vast knowledge of what it takes to run a business from start-up to Mid-Corporates. His last role was Area Director, Manufacturing, responsible for the six counties of East England. A qualified banker and Accredited Personality Profiler with Clarity4D.
Married with two sons, a dog and two cats. Loves photography, sailing and his garden when time permits.
