He has a wealth of experience in leading small businesses, in both management and operations and especially technology, and loves to share the benefit of his experience. He is an accredited member of the Association of British Mentors and a Mentor of the UK Government Help to grow scheme for scaling businesses. Roger offers a free business health check and then appropriate consultancy services, whether that’s one-to-one sessions or a transformation and change programme. Having spent 30 years in the corporate world, the structure of what he does is well-proven. Roger helps SME businesses grow, through sales, marketing and commercial strategies and through process improvement and automation to optimise their cost base. He also seeks out new customers and generate a regular increase in sales revenue.
